How to work with others online using shared documents and folders
Shared documents let several people edit the same file without sending copies back and forth. Here is how to use them well.
Read articleA short outline turns a blank page into a clear path. Follow these steps to plan a post in ten minutes before you write a single paragraph.

Many writers get stuck because they start writing with no plan. An outline is a simple map of your post. It keeps you on topic, saves time and makes your article easier to read.
Write one sentence: "This post helps [who] to [do or understand what]." If you cannot finish that sentence, the topic is still too wide.
Say what the reader will get. You can improve the wording later.
Each point should answer a part of the question. Put them in a sensible order, such as step one to step five, or problem to solution.
A small real example, a number or a short story makes an idea easy to remember. Note it now so you do not forget it.
Turn each line into a paragraph with a heading. Read it out loud at the end and cut anything that does not help the reader.
