Terms of use

By creating an account you agree to these terms with EarnNaija Digital Technologies (“we”, “us”). EarnNaija is an independent Nigerian platform where members do AI training work: rating AI answers, writing model answers and fact-checking AI replies. We are not Outlier, Scale AI or any AI lab, and we have no link to them.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. One person may hold one account. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. What you do on EarnNaija

You pick the projects and the hours that suit you. Depending on your skills and what is open, work can include comparing two AI replies and saying which is better, writing model answers in English, Pidgin, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa or a subject you know, and flagging wrong facts, unsafe replies and bad translations. Each task shows its pay and its estimated time before you start. Tasks are not always available and we cannot promise any amount of work.

3. Not a job, and no income promise

You are an independent member, not our employee, and you choose whether to take any task. We do not promise any minimum income. Earnings depend on how much work is open and on the quality of what you submit. Never pay any fee expecting a set amount of earnings. Sample screens on our website use made-up numbers.

4. Quality, review and pay

Every submission is reviewed, by people, by automated checks, or both. Approved work is added to your balance at the pay shown on the task. We may reject work that is incomplete, rushed, copied, guessed, automated, off-topic or dishonest, and rejected work is not paid. We keep a quality score for your account. A low score can mean fewer tasks, and a repeated pattern of poor or dishonest work can lead to suspension.

5. Your submitted work

• It must be yours. Write and judge in your own words and knowledge. Do not paste text from other websites, books or other people, and do not submit work written by an AI tool or a bot unless a task says you may.
• You give us a licence. When we pay for or approve your work, you allow EarnNaija Digital Technologies to use it, copy it, edit it and pass it on to customers and partners who build, train, test or evaluate AI systems. You keep your rights as the author, and your name is not shown with the work.
• No personal data. Do not put your own or anyone else’s private details, such as phone numbers, bank details or ID numbers, into a task.
• Task content is private. Instructions, examples and AI replies you see in tasks are confidential. Do not share, post or sell them.

6. Difficult content

Some tasks check whether an AI reply is unsafe, for example rude, misleading or harmful. A task will warn you when it may include sensitive material. You can skip any task you are not comfortable with.

7. Fees and activation

Creating an account is free. To withdraw earnings or apply for a loan you pay a one-time activation fee, from ₦1,500 depending on the package. It is shown before you pay. Each withdrawal carries a 5% fee. Loans carry a flat fee of 5% of the amount borrowed per month. We will never ask you to pay a fee outside the website or app.

8. Identity checks

To activate your account and withdraw, we may ask you to verify who you are, for example with your BVN. Details must match your own name and bank account.

9. Withdrawals

You can withdraw your available balance to a bank account in your own name, from ₦1,000. Withdrawals need an activated account. Most transfers arrive within 24 hours, but they may be delayed for security checks.

10. Loans

You can borrow between ₦10,000 and ₦150,000 for 1 to 3 months, subject to approval. You must repay the total shown at application by the due dates. If you miss a payment we may suspend new loans, reduce your limit, and contact you to arrange repayment. We will not contact people in your phone book.

11. Calls, chat and the shop

Where these features are available to you, calls are charged per minute at the rate shown before you dial, must be used lawfully, and cannot reach emergency services. Chat is for normal personal and work use: no harassment, threats, fraud or spam. Shop items show their price before you pay and are covered by the order details on the shop page.

12. What you must not do

• Use another person’s identity or bank account.
• Create multiple accounts, or use bots, scripts or AI tools to do tasks for you.
• Copy, leak or resell task content.
• Take part in fake or coordinated ratings.
• Try to break or overload the service.

13. Suspension and closing

We may suspend or close an account for breaking these terms or for suspected fraud, and we may hold pay for work that is under review. You can close your account at any time from Settings or by contacting support, after paying any amount you owe.

14. Our responsibility

We provide the service as described and work to keep it reliable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost income you expected, or for losses caused by events outside our control.

15. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Contact us at support@tavika.online.
